Marcello Hernández’s ‘SNL’ Impression of Sebastian Maniscalco Sparks Reactions

American comedian and actor Sebastian Maniscalco reacted after Marcello Hernandez did an impression of him on Saturday evening live.

Hernández’s parody of the 52-year-old not only received his approval, but also garnered a flattering reaction.

“He did a great job. I was very flattered that they did that,” said the Bookmaker said the actor, revealing that the SNL The star even asked him to join the sketch for an appearance, but he couldn’t make it due to prior commitments.

“He actually called me Thursday before the show and said, ‘Would you like to come and do a cameo at the end?’ I couldn’t do it because I was playing in Palm Springs,” he said.

“But I thought this kid did a fantastic job,” the comic added, according to a clip from his upcoming appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show on December 2.

Known for his style of physical comedy and over-the-top speaking, Maniscalco noted that he had yet to debut on the NBC special, but that the impersonation was “absolutely all love”.

He even joked that Barrymore could help him as a member of the Five-Timers Club, with the actress having hosted him six times.

“I’m here today for some sort of petition – and maybe you could help me,” The Irishman said the actor. “You take all the places!”

The viral SNL the sketch aired on the November 15 episode hosted by Glen Powell.
