Bilal verbally committed to school in September 2022 and signed his letter of intent in November, a year before obtaining the school.
But Bilal did not appear in a single match for the commodores this year, and he rejected. The reports indicate that he has not even traveled with the team at March Madness or at the dry tournament leading to the big dance.
Bilal was a three -star recruit in Atlanta.
