- The Heston 60 is a small Dolby Atmos sound bar and less than 200 can be connected to it – or the largest heston 120 – wireless
After his recent entry into Home Theater Arena, Marshall revealed two other products for its Sound TV range. The Marshall Heston 60 – A “compact but powerful” sound bar designed for use in smaller spaces, and the Marshall Heston Sub 200 – a wireless subwoofer that can so -called the “bass of the foundation”.
The Marshall Heston 60 – which arrives only a few months after its older brother, the Marshall Heston 120 – will be at £ 499.99 / 699.99 $ / € 599. Meanwhile, the Marshall Heston Sub 200 – which can be associated with one or the other sound bar – will cost £ 429.99 / $ 599.99 € 499. The two were planned for a release date on September 23, 2025 via the Marshall online store and the launch of September 30 via certain retailers.
Now, I love the first marshall’s first soundbar, the Heston 120. I use it every day to watch movies, play games and listen to music. In my review, I evaluated the five -star soundbar, so it is prudent to say that I enthusiastically anticipate great things of these new Marshall outings. Do you want to know all the juicy details, then? Well, here’s what we have to expect …
The Marshall Heston 60 is essentially a more compact version of the fantastic Heston 120. It contains so many good things from his older brother: Dolby Atmos and DTS: X Support; Integrations of Wi-Fi music services (think of Airplay 2 and Spotify Connect); HDMI 2.1 Passthrough… You get the photo!
I am a big fan of the way the heston 120 is wide. For an all-in-one unit, it can offer seriously impactful bass, surprisingly large atmoss effects and impeccable musical performance. Of course, the smaller size of the 60s and the 56W lower total power (compared to the 150W of Heston 120) means that it will probably not be enough Blow my socks to the same degree. But still, Marshall assured that he is capable of “huge sound” with a little help from his 7 class D amplifiers.
Fortunately, I managed to get an overview of the Heston 60 (and Heston Sub 200) during the Heston 120 unveiling at Marshall HQ in Stockholm. And even if I couldn’t hear it, I loved what I saw. Yes, the smaller sound bar follows in the footsteps of his brother with a look inspired by amplifier, with a woven fret and a false -tile finish. He does not have these magnificent metallic buttons with a wheel, but he has golden controls for reading, source and sound modes.
The Marshall Heston 60 will be available in black and cream and offers double assembly options. Essentially, this means that it can be placed flat against a wall or stood on a television bench. The Marshall logo and the control panel are both magnetic and can be repositioned according to the configuration you select.
Ready to feel the rumble?
Meanwhile, the Heston Sub 200 is presented as a “salient” sound bar partner who can pass your heston 60 or 120 at the upper level. This 236W subwoofer uses two 5.25 inch woofers and is designed to create a low -end output that “moves you”.
It is entirely wireless and uses Bluetooth the audio to connect in a transparent way to a marshall sound bar. In order to configure your sound profile, you can simply associate it with the Marshall application – also necessary to control the Heston 60. Here, you can access EQ options, sound modes, calibration, etc.
This unit extends from 150 Hz to 30 Hz, and I can see it add a serious punch. It is ideal if the whole-in-one nature of the bars of its heston does not quite give you the power you need. Earlier this year, I tried to connect the Heston 120 to an q acoustic subwoofer, and the results were shaking the earth. And although the under 200 are not as powerful as the model I have tested, I am always excited to see if he will be a high level of high level bass for the marshall sound bars.
Like the Heston 60, the under 200 will be available in black and cream. I had an early overview of this last color, and I was taken by its pretty golden detail, its touching physical control button and its beautifully textured exterior. As is often the case with Marshall, these new products are as much declaration documents as audio companions.
Parties of each product will also be available via the Marshall online store, helping to make sure they last longer. Elements such as pilots, frets and side caps can be acquired for repairs, which means that you will not have to rush for a brand new sound bar at the first sign of damage. We are going to the two exams in the not too distant future and you will let you know how they get out of it. Until then, why not discover the Heston 120 or some of the other best bars in the world!
