The second player of the star of Arizona Diamondbacks, Ketel Marte, was in tears during a change of pitch in the seventh round of the 4-1 victory of the team on the Chicago White Sox At the Field Rate Tuesday after an opposing fan made a comment on his late mother.
Marte’s mother, Elpidia Valdez, died in a car accident in the Dominican Republic in 2017.
The incident resulted in the fan who made the commentary was indefinitely prohibited from MLB ball terrains and an effusion of support for Marte.

The 31 -year -old star revealed what the fan said about his mother in an interview on “Danny Beisbol” on Thursday.
Marte said that the fan had shouted: “I sent your mother’s sms last night.” Marte made complaints in Spanish, but it was translated by subtitles on the podcast.
“What happened was in the seventh round, I came to beat. I am ready on the plate and I hear this fan screaming. He was at the top of the canoe,” said Marte. “He shouted on it, saying things about my mother. He was like” I sent a text to your mother last night. “When everything went with my mother, I was here in Chicago.
He added that the behavior of “becomes uncontrollable” fans.

MLB provided a statement on the incident.
“We congratulate the White Sox for taking immediate measures to withdraw the fan,” said MLB in a statement to PK Press Club Digital.
The Diamondbacks played the White Sox again, and the White Sox displayed a message on their dashboard in favor of Marte during the first round.
“Baseball is the family: the White Sox community supports Ketel Marte,” said the message.
Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo consoled him in tears on the mound and put his arm around him during a change of pitch in seventh round.
“It was a terrible moment. The fans are mean. Fans go too far,” the journalists told the match.
Lovullo added that he had told Marte that he was not alone and that the heckling was “an idiot”.
