Marvel Rivals Ranks allow you to progress slowly against increasingly difficult teams, with rewards associated with reaching certain thresholds. Reaching the higher ranks is no easy task, as the rules change slightly as you progress, including one that allows you and your team to choose a character to ban from the game.
In terms of competitive mode, Marvel Rivals already offers a range of rewards for reaching higher ranks, including an exclusive new skin for Invisible Woman. Here are all the Marvel Rivals ranks in order, so you can know how close you are to the top. We’ll also tell you how things change as you reach Diamond rank and show you some of the rewards you’ll get once the season ends.
Marvel Rivals ranks in order
Below you will find a list of Marvel Rivals class in order:
- Bronze: level 3-1
- Silver: level 3-1
- Gold: level 3-1
- Platinum: level 3-1
- Diamond: level 3-1
- Grandmaster: level 3-1
- Celestial: level 3-1
- Eternity: accumulate points
- One above all: accumulate points (limited to the 500 best players)
As you can see, all ranks except the first two have three levels that you must complete. Once you arrive at Eternity, you just need to accumulate points to move up the rankings. Be aware, however, that in Eternity and One Above All, you will gradually lose points if you are not active enough.
How to Unlock Ranked in Marvel Rivals
To unlock the game ranked in Marvel Rivals you will need to reach level 10. This is done simply by playing matches. We recommend jumping into Quick Play to get a feel for the characters and the two main game modes.
If you want to team up with friends, know that Gold players and below can form a team without any restrictions. For those at Gold levels 1 through Celeste, the association is limited to a maximum scope of three divisions. Eternity or One Above All players can team up with Level 2 Celestial players within the limit of 200 points. However, if they exceed 200 points, the difference in points must be less than 200.
Marvel Rivals Ranked Rewards
There are different rewards that you can collect by playing Season 1 of Marvel Rivals Competitive mode. They are as follows:
- Blood Shield Invisible Woman Skin: Reach at least Gold Tier 3 by the end of the season.
- Silver crest of honor: Reach at least Grandmaster level 3 by the end of the season.
- Crest of honor “One above all”: Reach One Above All by the end of the season
Note that rewards are given corresponding to the highest rank reached during a season in Marvel Rivals. This means that as long as you reach, say, Gold Tier 3, you will get the Invisible Woman skin regardless of whether you move up or down in rank at the end of the season. How does the Marvel Rivals Chrono Shield work?
The Chrono Shield is a unique mechanic in Marvel Rivals This can prevent you from losing points after losing a ranked game. This Chrono Shield will charge up as you play games, and once fully charged, it will shatter instead of a rank demotion, giving you another chance to collect things.
Can you ban heroes in Marvel Rivals ranked mode?
Once you participate in a match where all players are at least Diamond rank 3, you will have the option to ban 2 heroes before the start of the game. This can counter some pesky metagames, like those using Hela to revive Loki and Thor.
What are the rules for Marvel Rivals Ranked Mode?
Game modes work a little differently in Marvel Rivals ranked against Quick Play. Each game can have multiple rounds, and the team that wins the most rounds wins the game. You’ll earn a point for each objective captured while attacking and then need to make sure the enemy team scores fewer points while you’re on the defensive side. In the event of a tie, the match is decided on distance traveled in terms of Convoy, or with another series of turns in terms of Domination.
How to get your Marvel Rivals Ranked Rewards
Once you have reached the required rank to receive a reward, you will just have to wait until the end of the season to receive it. Unfortunately, this is the earliest you can get new reward skins, so it’s best to just focus on climbing even higher before the end of the season.
How do I rank up in Marvel Rivals?
To rank in Marvel Rivalsyou have to play in competitive mode. For each victory, you will receive points, and in case of a loss, the value of your points will decrease. Once you reach 100 points in total, you will advance to the next rank.
