The chief minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, ensured the funding of funds necessary for the Ronkalpindi Ring Road project and established a firm date for his completion. During an unexpected visit to the project site, she led the extension of the scope of the project.

The CM asked the authorities to complete the Ronse Ring Road project by December and carried out an air examination of the site to follow the progress.

Upon his arrival at the Khushalgarh Rawalpindi Ring Road Camp office, Rawalpindi’s commissioner, Amir Khattak, informed CM Maryam on the details of the project.

Maryam highlighted the importance of the Rawalpindi Ronse Road of 38 kilometers, declaring that its completion would solve the city’s long -standing traffic problems and strengthen economic and commercial activities.

She stressed that the road would bring greater convenience to the millions of shuttles and would have reiterated that the funding necessary for the project would be ensured.

The briefing also revealed that five exchanges will be built in Banth, Chak Beli Khan, Adiala Road, Chakri Road and Thalian, as well as a rail bridge, five counters and 21 metros, all part of the project to improve the flow of traffic and infrastructure.
