Megan Thee Stallion feels ‘defeated’ in defamation case

Megan Thee Stallion Gets Emotional While Testifying in Defamation Case

Megan Thee Stallion gave emotional testimony in her defamation case against Milagro Gramz.

Singer Mamushi told the court she felt “defeated” and suffered mental health issues over a sexually explicit deepfake video the blogger allegedly encouraged his followers to watch.

The Grammy-winning artist took the witness stand in her trial against Gramz, accused of being a “spokesperson,” “puppet” and “paid surrogate” for rapper Tory Lanez during and after his high-profile criminal trial.

Gramz is accused of encouraging Megan’s thousands of followers on X and Instagram to view an unauthorized, sexually explicit deepfake video of the star that was circulating on social media.

“I feel like to this day, I feel a little defeated,” Megan testified, often shedding tears when talking about artificial intelligence porn featuring her image.

Meanwhile, Lanez, real name Daystar Peterson, was convicted of shooting Megan in the foot after the pair left a party in Los Angeles in 2020 and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Megan Thee Stallion, real name Megan Pete, accused Gramz in the civil trial of seeking to “disparage, demean, insult and spread false statements” about her on his online social media platforms, “for no other reason than to intimidate, harass and punish Ms. Pete for Mr. Peterson’s conviction and to tarnish her reputation, causing emotional distress.”
