Meghan Markle defended the rights of women and poorly served communities. For this, it should be honored in the natural history museums of the County of Los Angeles.
The evening of the Wonder Gala event will be held on June 14 because it “will celebrate and support the museums of natural history of the County’s Committee of Los Angeles towards science, nature and the community,” said Lori Betnison-Varga, President and Director of Natural History Museums of the County of Los Angeles.
She continued: “We are proud to honor Meghan, from the Duchess of Sussex, a native Angeleno, whose work to advance the well -being of the community and develop opportunities – in particular for poorly served communities – aligns about our approach focused on actions to develop scientific literacy for the next generation, including through our STEM and Stem Pathway programs.
Details on the gala include an immersive exhibition, live music and dinner will be served.
Meanwhile, the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex were active in public life after spending California in 2020.
