Meghan Markle took a modest royal accommodation as a personal insult: Expert

Meghan Markle had trouble understanding that the Royals do not appreciate material things

Meghan Markle’s first struggles in the monarchy, after his marriage to Prince Harry, started Nottingham Cottage, where they lived for the first time.

Write Yes madam, The Royal Expert and Author Tom Quinn wrote that the Duchess of Sussex took the modest size of the residence as a slight against Harry.

The expert noted that Meghan interpreted her as the royal family lowering her husband, not knowing that they do not appreciate material things.

“The beginning of life as a member of the Royal Family of Nottingham Cottage was the beginning of all Meghan’s problems – she considered that it was so small that it should be a reflection on the way the royal family abounded her husband,” wrote Quinn.

He added: “She simply did not understand that the real Royals do not care much about houses and material goods, because after having always had them, they take them for granted.”

The expert also explained how the palace staff were amazed when seeing Meghan’s bold confidence.

“She believed a lot to grasp the bull by the horns, except that the royal family is not really a bull,” said a former assistant to the author.

“Meghan thought that she knew better than an institution that has been in business for 1,000 years and more,” shared another with Quinn, by Daily Mail.
