Meghan Markle and Prince Harry set some goals with a sweet moment.
The Duchess of Sussex took to her Instagram account on Friday to share a wholesome streak with her husband, Harry’s beaming smiles.
In the candid video Meghan uploaded to her Stories, the couple can be seen chatting and the mum-of-two suddenly bursts out laughing as Harry appears to make a joke.
In the video, Meghan and Harry can be seen posing for a backstage photo shoot ahead of the Healthy Minds Project’s annual World Mental Health Day gala at Spring Studios in New York on Thursday.
The couple’s sweet black and white music video is set to the song Baby, it’s you.
“Happy World Mental Health Day,” Meghan captioned the photo, adding, “…to the man who always makes me laugh.”
This came after Meghan and Harry made a rare red carpet appearance at the mental health awareness event on Thursday.
She donned a sleek black Armani suit and completed her look with a ponytail and gold chain necklace.
On Friday, during the annual World Mental Health Day festival, their Archewell Foundation hosted three panels, led by Harry and Meghan.
Harry started the first session with some notes on mental health, saying: “Thrive or survive: how are young people faring in the digital age? Today, it’s more than just a matter of conversation: it’s a matter of community. »
“Young people are learning to navigate a digital world that was not designed for their well-being. That’s what we found,” he continued.
“Maintaining good mental health is not just an individual challenge, it is a community responsibility. By taking this approach, everyone wins. That is today’s topic,” Harry added.
