Melissa Gilbert drops a fun demand for more grandchildren

Melissa Gilbert joked that her children had to give him more grandchildren.

In a recent conversation with People, The 60-year-old actress shared that during her off-screen days, she spends quality time with her grandchildren.

Gilbert is the mother of two sons Dakota of his first marriage and Michael of his second marriage. Since her second marriage to Bruce Boogleitner, she is also a mother-in-law of two children, and with her current husband Timothy Busfield, she is a mother-in-law of three children: Samuel, Daisy and Wilson.

And she is also a grandmother of eight grandchildren through their mixed family.

“All these babies. All these grandchildren. I mean, they are so delicious and fun and funny,” said Gilbert, who plays in The Off-Broadway Playing again, started.
