Miami Hurricanes football player Adarius Hayes faces several serious accusations after an investigation into a vehicle accident in Florida left three people.
The assistant was accused of three homicide chiefs per vehicle and an reckless leader with serious bodily injuries. In May, police determined that Hayes was the driver of the fatal accident of two cars.
In response to the accusations, the Miami football team confirmed that Hayes “was indefinitely suspended from all activities related to athletics by policy of the sports department”. The athletics department has not made additional comments.

Hayes went to police on Friday morning in Largo, Florida, officials said. According to the files, Hayes was sentenced to Pinellas County prison. He was not immediately clear if he kept the services of a lawyer.

Investigators previously revealed that a 78 -year -old woman was one of the victims, while two children, aged 10 and 4, also died in the accident. The three victims traveled to a soul from Kia, which collided with a Dodge Durango.

The children were ejected from the vehicle, the police said, and the investigators later discovered that Hayes “maneuvered aggressively by traffic shortly before the accident”. It led to 78.9 MPH in an area of 40 MPH at the time, police said.
A fourth KIA passenger was hospitalized for serious injuries.
