The swimmer of the United States decorated Michael Phelps called USA again, this time in detail on his conviction that the program is down.
Phelps posted a long declaration of five pages on Instagram, doubling its call for action within the organization.

“Swimming, for me, was always more than medals – it is supposed to be an environment that builds champions in and out of the swimming pool. Phelps started his post by clarifying that he did not call real swimmers in the organization with his initial criticism, but rather leadership outside the pool.

He highlighted the drop in team performance, saying that the American team won only 44% of the medals at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the lowest brand in the United States since 1988.

Phelps did not point the finger without offering and certain recommendations as solutions. First of all, he swore that he would be a resource for swimming in the United States.

“My door is open and there is work to do,” he wrote.
He also recommended that the United States swim have an independent examination of the entire organization. He thinks that a mentality of athletes was first adopted to support swimmers in competition at the highest level. At the same time, providing support to these young swimmers to reach this level is imperative in his eyes.
The initial Phelps position focused on the former swimmer of the American team Ryan Lochte, his teammate during his Olympic gold days. The United States team raised nine gold medals at the world championships, which led all the countries involved in the swimming pool. They had 29 total medals, which was also the first among the participating countries.
Phelps is one of the best Olympians, not to mention swimmers of all time. He collected 23 gold medals during his illustrious career, which remains an Olympic record.
