- Microsoft has published a correction, but it is always looking for an additional “optimization” for an additional “optimization”
- Prospects has had its fair share of problems in the past few months and years
- Another problem of outlook paste is also in progress
Microsoft addresses delays and failures in the search functionality for Outlook on the web and online sharepoint, the problem would have been assigned to sub-perform infrastructure components (via BIP computer).
Connected under ex1063763, Microsoft promises to have deployed a fix, but the company continues to monitor system performance to ensure complete resolution.
Recognized for the first time at 05:21 UTC, an update of 08:22 UTC confirmed that the services had returned to normal, approximately three hours after the first publication of the problem.

Despite the confirmation that the service has returned to normal, the company noted: “We validate and deploy a fix to improve short -term performance parameters while carrying out a surveillance period.”
“In parallel, we continue to review telemetry data to determine whether additional optimization actions may be necessary to fully resolve the impact,” added Redmond.
This is not the first time that Microsoft’s online services have been disturbing – in fact, it becomes a bit of a trend. In March, Outlook on the web and the new Outlook customer experienced a problem with research due to a code error. This was followed under ex1035922.
In the same month, a world failure prevented access to mailboxes online exchange via Outlook on the web, and before that, Outlook.com research failed in July 2023, triggering 401 errors.
Today, however, it is not only research that has been broken for Outlook. The “Paste Special” shortcut currently affects classic perspectives.
“Starting with the current channel (version 2503 build 18623.20156), when you use the shortcut CTRL + ALT + V to stick special, nothing happens,” confirmed Microsoft in a separate assistance page.
Redmond has confirmed that the problem was solved, but users have always pending before they can see improvements. More specifically, “early May” for the beta channel, “early June” for the current channel overview and until the end of July for the current channel.
Other problems now solved by Microsoft have attended to include processor tips when entering and dragging and dropping by Windows updates in February 2025. Overall, a fairly rocky walk.
