Microsoft’s head of Chief Persons of Microsoft, Amy Coleman announced a modification on the scale of the company with current attendance requirements, employees should face a mandate of three days from 2026.

The change should be deployed in a three -step movement – Puget Sound / Redmond workers will be among the first to comply with the three -day office policy from the end of February 2026.
