- Microsoft teams will soon allow users to save messages in cats
- A new addition should help users quickly find important Messafes
- All users of Microsoft teams should benefit from launch
Finding this vital message to check your operation (or win an argument) in a cat from Microsoft teams should soon be easier than ever thanks to a new update.
The video conference platform revealed that it was working on adding the possibility for users to record messages in their conversations and cats.
This tool should mean that users no longer have to take off manually through long conversations to find the message they need – something that definitely frustrated me in the past.
Microsoft team notification sizes
In a Microsoft 365 roadmap post, the company noted how the new feature will allow users to “quickly return to important information without scrolling long conversations”.
Users will be able to save messages, covering not only publications, but also all chat responses or message, and be able to find them later in the saved view in your cat or team list.
Simply click on a recorded message to open the complete conversation in the right pane, where you can consult or respond directly to the message you choose.
The functionality is listed as “in development”, but has a date of starting deployed deployment of August 2025, so users do not have too much time to wait. When published, it will be available for users around the world using teams on Windows, Mac, Android and iOS.
Launch is the last in a series of recent improvements to Microsoft teams announced by the company when it seeks to improve the user experience.
This includes adding noise deletion for participants who consist in a call, which should express an end at potentially guilty of the ear interruptions, or participants being deaf by the background noise of another person on the call.
The platform has also revealed that it deploys an “improved spelling verification”, giving users the tools to ensure that their messages are as precise as possible.
He also recently announced that he would add an adjustment to allow several people to control the slides presented during a meeting or a call.
Users will finally be able to minimize or reduce the size of the notifications of the teams, which means that they are sheltered from the distracting pop-up windows to catch the corner of their eye when they work.
