ISLAMABAD:
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Monday visited the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports, where he officially inaugurated the Secure Hybrid Intelligence for Knowledge-Based Response Analysis (Shukra).
The state-of-the-art monitoring system has been designed to track passport applications, printing and service performance in real time.
As part of the modernization, a 24/7 monitoring room and call center were made operational at DG Immigration and Passports. On the Minister’s directives, the system for issuing emergency travel documents has also been fully digitalized. The officials briefed the Home Minister in detail about the Shukra system.
