The Attorney General of Minnesota, Keith Ellison, has sworn his trial against the Ministry of Justice of President Donald Trump, who aims to protect the rights of biological men to compete in the sports of girls in his state.
In an interview with Public Citizen on Thursday, Ellison made an appearance to boast of his legal battle on the issue, which he filed in April.
“We are fighting to protect transgender athletes. In fact, we were in court doing it today … Donald Trump and [Attorney General] Pam Bondi threatened to continue, I continued them first! “Said Ellison.

“Because of this question of them trying to exclude transgender athletes. And what we are talking about are children. We are talking about children, minors, who all they want is to be part of the team and to build relationships with their friends,” he added. “But this guy said” no, they must be excluded, they must be scapegoat. “We said” absolutely hell no! “”
The White House previously made a declaration to PK Press Club Digital responding to the Ellison trial.
“Why would an adult continue the Trump administration to allow other organic men to participate in female sports? It is frightening and anti-Femme,” said White House spokesperson Harrison Fields, in PK Press Club Digital.
Minnesota was one of the first states to openly challenge the decree “to keep Trump’s men from female sports” and are currently under investigation by the United States Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health and Social Services for its challenge.
State policies that allow Trans athletes to play in sports for girls have enabled a Softball Trans to run the Champlin Park High School in the state championship last spring, triggering national controversy and a trial against Ellison by three female players in the state.

The trial appoints three school districts, Ellison, the Executive Director of the Minnesota State High School League, Erich Martens, commissioner of the Minnesota education department, Willie Jett, and Commissioner of the Minnesota Human Rights Department, Rebecca Lucero as defendants.
One of the anonymous softball players involved in the previously trial told PK Press Club Digital what it was that in front of the Trans athlete, who led the Champlin Park High School to the State Championship this season.
“Doing against him is not only a physical challenge, but also a mind. It is a mental battle knowing that he has an advantage in the sport that I grew up playing, which makes it difficult to want to hit against him.
“This problem affected me in a way that I would never have imagined. It is simply unfair and I hate that nothing happens to change this. The boys should not be able to take places for girls simply because they are able to do it. I hope that more girls affected by this problem will be summed up.”
The anonymous player also called Ellison to aggressively defend trans inclusion in the sports of girls in the state.
