Arizona Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo was short of Wednesday afternoon against the Giants of San Francisco, and he wanted the referees to run with him.

Lovullo was thrown from the game at the bottom of the eighth round while the Arizona narrowly beat its counterpart from the West National League, 8-7. He made a call for obstruction and did not leave without playing his own version of the UNO inverted card.

He underlined each of the referees standing around him and launched them all out of the game. He obtained more words with one of the referees before returning to the clubhouse.

Lovullo said that after the match, the theaters were only for the show. He said the call for obstruction had been the right one.

“They are really good,” said Lovullo. “The referees are good. I am corrected.”

Matinée de Lovullo started when the interior player of the Giants Christian Koss reached the second goal on a group of Helio Ramos. He finished second before he collided with Jordan Lawlar from Diamondbacks. Koss was labeled for what would have ended the Channel.

However, the referees decided that Lawlar hampered the room. Lovullo came out of the canoe and began to shout at the first base referee Mark Ripperger. He finally threw the manager.

“In the fire of the moment,” said Lovullo, “it didn’t adote me and I had the impression that they were just trying to cover themselves a little. But in reality, there was an obstruction called.

“I was trying to do the calculation and I did not know how the referee of the third base (Nic Lentz) could look at a fair bullet, then the jet goes out and always saw the obstruction. But he pointed out, and he had it.”
