Seattle Mariners launcher Tayler Saucedo revealed that he and his girlfriend had received death threats on social networks after his bad outing during the defeat of team 11-2 against Philadelphia phillies in Citizens Bank Park on Wednesday.
Saucedo, 32, entered the seventh round with the navy dragging 3-2. He recorded only one and granted five points in four strokes, a success and a successful striker. When kidnapped, the phillies had extended their advance at 8-2.
After the match, Saucedo shared a vile Instagram message which he received from a fan of the navy.

” @ Saucey07 I hope your F —— Head explodes into pieces walking in Philly You Ugly Autistic Piece of S —“, wrote Instagram user @gilbertgoonsquad in a saucedo message was based on his Instagram stories.
“Your C — Woman / GF dying too would be as great.”
Saucedo also went to X to denounce threats.
“I understand that the fact of wanting that I left today and this year as a whole. Nobody is no longer disappointed with the way this year took place for me as me. Believe me, I want to win as much as you, that I am here or not,” wrote Saucedo.
“But send me a message to these bulls-and my girlfriend and send this kind of thing is beyond baseball. It is crazy how comfortable people are to send this thing not only to me but to my partner. Tell me that I suck whatever you want, it is good, but at some point, we must have a grip.”

Saucedo had trouble this season, displaying a 5.14 MPM in seven -rounds. Last year, he had an MPM of 3.49 out of 38 2/3 innings.
His girlfriend, Kelsie Scott, published her own message on Instagram in support of saucedo.
“A friendly reminder that athletes are human beings and have real mental health. Absolutely disgusting what so many of you feel comfortable when you have never experienced under the daily pressure they do.
Scott added that she and Saucedo had received even more graphic messages than the one he published. She said that harassment is “most likely” players.
“We have received much more graphic messages than the one he shared that I do not consider it appropriate to share here. Many people have mentioned that these people are probably players, and you have 100% correct,” wrote Scott.

“Each vile message contained reasoning to lose money depending on the game. All I can say, maybe it’s to stop playing money you don’t have to lose.”
Scott continued, stressing that fans’ words can cause harm.
“Hatred has never been tolerated here in any title and it will not be sure that hell is for anyone I love,” she said.
