The starting launcher of Kansas City Royals, Rich Hill, equaled an MLB record during the defeat of the 6-0 team against the Chicago Cubs on Tuesday in Wrigley Field.
Hill, 45, made his debut in defeat and linked the Liberator Edwin Jackson for playing for his 14th different team in his MLB career.
Hill’s return to the major leagues also made him the oldest active sport player.

The left -wing launcher launched five rounds and gave six strokes and three points (two not won) with two balls on balls and a removal of the stick.
“He was fighting against his buttocks there,” said Royals Matt Quatraro after the match. “It was a difficult job early there.”
“He did a few walks in there, but he made a lot of competitive terrains. Some did not go in his direction, but we did not play enough behind him to keep it where it was. Otherwise, he probably looks at one, maybe not a race.”
Hill had an exhausting second round, when he launched 31 of his 90 locations in this context while his defense betrayed him. He abandoned two undeveloped points of this round.

“You know, the second round was a bit of a grind to pass,” said Hill. “But overall, I had the impression that the ball came out of my hand roughly as I wanted.”
With the start, the 21st season of Hill in the big leagues is underway. He became the oldest player to start in a match since Jamie Moyer did it at 49 years old with the Colorado rockies on May 27, 2012.
At 45 and 133 days old, Hill became the oldest player in the history of the Royals, passing the right -hander of the temple of Gaylord renowned Perry, who appeared in two games with the Royals in 1983 after having had 45 years.
Hill was called from Triple-A to join the rotation of Michael Lorenzen, who did not launch due to an oblique tension. Quatraro did not say when Hill would then tangi, but the 6 -foot Lefty 5 inches wants to go up.

During his 21-year-old career, Hill played for Cubs, Baltimore Orioles, Boston Red Sox, Cleveland Indians, Los Angeles Angels, New York Yankees, The then-Oakland Athletics, Los Angeles Dodgers, Minnesota Twins, Tampa Bay Rays, New York Mets, Pittsburgh Pirates, Pares and the Royals.
The Royals (49-53) will face the Cubs (60-41) in the last match in their three game series on Wednesday at 2:20 p.m..
