Major League Baseball withdrew Pete Rose from its unlivable list permanently earlier this month.
MLB commissioner Rob Manfred said that the decision to restore Rose was “difficult”.
“This is a difficult decision because people are passionate about questions like this,” said Manfred during a recent appearance in “CBS Mornings”.

“When you go up (on), the side of the company I have come, living in your agreements is a really important thing and it was late in my opinion.”
Manfred said that there were three different factors that had led the decision to restore MLB’s hit.
“Number: our permanent ineligible list is actually a ban on working in the game. It is a question of logic. There is no reason to have a person who has died always on this list. Number two: Pete Rose is part of the history of our game. Each other player, including a decision” I have not seen any reason called Manfred.

“And then, finally, I think what people do not realize is that Pete Rose was not disciplined by the commissioner (Bart) Giamatti. He concluded a settlement agreement with the League. Doing with the renowned temple,” said Manfred.
“The temple of fame should consider Pete Rose under its existing rules. I therefore see the baseball decision up to the agreement they concluded with Pete Rose.”
Rose died at 83 years old in September 2024, but the debate to find out if he should be in the fame of fame has raged.

Cincinnati Reds star has become a polarizing figure when the news of his game on games rocked the world of sport. Rose received a life ban from the MLB in 1989, but after it withdrawn from the permanently ineligible list, it will be eligible to be voted for the first time.
Rose is the King of the MLB with 4,256 careers in career. He was the player par excellence of the National League in 1974 and was an All-Star of 17 times, a triple champion of World Series and a triple champion in the stick.
