The NDMA has published a weather report based on the impact of the National Emergency Operation Center (NEOC), describing the weather conditions in various regions of Wednesday (today) until next Tuesday.

Neoc also highlighted the risk of sudden floods at the top of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP), cashmere, the region of Potohar and Islamabad, due to dispersed to general precipitation to moderate in Lourdes, with very heavy chances of suffocating in isolated places.
“The risk for goods, infrastructure and public security in areas subject to floods and low zones is important. Residents in vulnerable places are invited to be cautious, to avoid unnecessary travel and to secure household affairs and cattle,” said NDMA.
In KP, storms and isolated precipitation were expected in several districts, he said, adding that strong winds and thunderstorms could affect the power supply, cause structural damage and reduce visibility on the roads.
