- More details on the OnePlus 15 have emerged
- We also have disclosed photos of the phone
- The handset can be launched later this month
We know that the OnePlus 15 is coming soon – maybe this month – and we have already received an official overview of its design. Now, a new leak gives us more on the path of specifications and images for the flagship handset.
The leak comes from Tipster @Techkard (via Gsmarena), after being spotted on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, and although we cannot check the accuracy of these details, they correspond to what we have already heard.
According to the leak, we will get an OLED screen of 6.78 inch, with a cooling rate up to 165 Hz and levels of brightness up to 1800 nits. The high -level chipset Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 apparently feeds everything, which OnePlus has already confirmed.
The list of specifications also mentions a capacity battery of 7,300 mAh (with 120 W and 50W wireless charging rates), a Triple lens 50MP + 50MP + 50MP camera at the rear, and complete IP69 protection against water and dust.
The current model
In other words, it looks like a fairly substantial upgrade on the OnePlus 13, the phone that the OnePlus 15 will replace – and that we love very much, which gives it 4.5 stars out of 5 in our review OnePlus 13 in depth.
The current telephone (launched in October 2024) has a 6.82 inch screen, with a refresh rate up to 120 Hz, and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 elite. It also offers an IP69 rating, with a 6,000 mAh battery and cable / wireless load speeds respectively of 100W / 50W.
There is a triple Lens 50MP + 50MP rear camera + 50MP on the OnePlus 13, corresponding to what is the rumor for the OnePlus 15, but it is possible that OnePlus will update the sensors used even if the overall number of megapixels does not increase.
In addition to these specifications, we also have new photos of the apparatus in a variety of lifestyle plans – and the device is shown in the same color of sandstorm that we have seen on images on the Official Social Media Channels OnePlus.
