ISLAMABAD:
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Sunday held separate meetings with British High Commissioner to Pakistan Jane Marriott and American Charge d’affaires Natalie Baker in Islamabad.
During the meeting with Jane Marriott, Naqvi noted that resumption of direct flight operations between Pakistan and the United Kingdom would further strengthen human and commercial ties between the two countries.
US Charge d’Affairs Natalie Baker praised Pakistan’s continued efforts to combat terrorism and extremism, calling them “highly commendable.”
She reaffirmed Washington’s commitment to continued cooperation with Pakistan.
