Josh Berry had a difficult race at Talladega Superspeedway this weekend.
Berry and the Ford n ° 21 finished 26th in the 500 of the Link Jack. He finished the 188 laps and led 12 laps. He also underwent some incidents on the track.

As he entered the stands, Berry accidentally struck one of the crew members of Carson Hocevar stands. The tire changer came outside the Hocevar pit box and was cut while Berry was pulling in his stand.
Jarius Morehead, a former university football player, was able to resist the touch of Berry and finished stopping at the stand.

“I come from a football background. You get used to it,” he told Reve Smith de Fox Sports, adding that he was “all good”.
Berry also had a moment Randy Johnson.
The vehicle struck a bird while it was on the racetrack, amount at speeds of almost 190 mph in step 1. The bird was killed.
“I have certainly witnessed it before, and they can cause damage,” said Berry crew chief Miles Stanley, to journalists after the race, via frontttch. “They can wreak havoc and even shred down windshield tears and things like that.
“Often, when we come here for the first practice or qualifications and all that, we will see the birds flying around the racetrack. So, it is not a huge surprise that we ended up getting one on the windshield.”
Stanley said the bird strike had not affected the car performance too much.
Berry is 21st in the Nascar series ranking.
