Nawaz back in the spotlight as he gives big canons PML-N

Lahore:

PML-N president Nawaz Sharif urged the government to ensure unity and harmony among people in the face of a growing threat from another mishap by India, Murtaza Javed Abbasi, the main leader, said on Tuesday.

By talking to L’Express PK Press Club, Abbasi said that at a meeting chaired by Nawaz Sharif at his residence Galiyat, it was revealed that it was threatened that the Indian elected government, in order to buy its lost honor among its voters, could undertake another target.

He said Nawaz Sharif insisted on guaranteeing political harmony and unity within the country to counter all kinds of threats from which Pakistan was confronted.

He added that in his personal opinion, the founding president of the PTI, Imran Khan, should also abandon his ego and sit with the political government if the establishment was not ready to sit with him and help the government to create a consensus among people.

Mountaza said the meeting was mainly focused on the next by -elections. The party president and management examined the profiles, history and electoral performance of the candidates to determine the most appropriate candidates.

He said Nawaz Sharif has asked provincial and central governments to focus outright on performance improvement and the revival of the economy. “Pakistan will really reach the place in the world it wants so much after reaching budgetary stability,” he noted, adding that the performance of the PML-N and the economy would be the party’s story for the next elections.

He said it was the third party meeting chaired by Nawaz Sharif which was mainly focused on national issues.

In response to a question about the discussion on the 27th amendment, Abbasi said that nothing has been discussed in this meeting or any other party meeting.
