Lahore:
Friday, the president of the PML-N Nawaz Sharif congratulated Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for having reduced the electric prices, which the latter called a “major rescue package” for consumers.
In a press release, Nawaz praised the PM and his team to obtain power rate discounts for domestic and industrial consumers. He said the country was moving in the right direction, adding that the drop in electricity costs would not only facilitate the financial charges of the public, but also strengthens exports.
PML-N Supremo said its party has always provided economic relief, emphasizing the continuous decline in inflation as proof of solid economic policies in the government.
