The New York Knicks narrowly beaten the Pistons de Detroit in match 4 of their claims in the first round qualifiers on Sunday afternoon, 94-93 because it ended to a controversial end.

Cade Cunningham and the pistons had possession with less than 10 seconds to play. Cunningham watched the line of fault decent, but his shot was out of the brand. No fault was called because Hardaway missed his shot.
Detroit’s head coach, JB Bickerstaff, stormed the field and seemed to cry out to the officials: “It is a foul F – ING.” Officials did not have it and the Knicks took a 3-1 lead.
Bickerstaff sounded on the game at the end of the game.

“There are contacts on Tim Hardaway’s jump shooting. I don’t know any other means, there is a contact on his jump shot,” said Bickerstaff, via ESPN. “(Hart) leaves his feet; he is the mercy of Timmy. I repeat, there is a contact on his jump shot.”
NBA officials admitted to having made a mistake after the end of the match.
“During the live game, it was judged that Josh Hart did a legal defensive game,” said team leader David Guthrie. “After an post-match exam, we observed that Hart establishes body contact which is more than marginal in Hardaway Jr. and a fault should have been called.”
Towns finished with 27 points and nine rebounds. Jalen Brunson led the Knicks with 32 points, 11 assists and five rebounds despite an ankle problem.
Cunningham raised 25 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in defeat.
Match 5 is scheduled for Tuesday evening.
