Lahore:
On Wednesday, the president of WAPDA, the president of Gen (RETD) Muhammad Saeed, underlined the timely completion of the ongoing projects and the accelerated monitoring of the rehabilitation of the hydroelectric project of Neelum Jhelum, describing them as crucial for water, food and energy security of Pakistan.
He made these remarks while presiding over a meeting at Wapda House.
The president was informed of Wapda’s mandate, his mega projects completed in the water and electricity sectors, of his role in the country’s socio-economic development and the progress of current construction projects.
