After having released a first clip and the image and image of You Season 5 earlier this year, Netflix has now unveiled a new trailer for the last murderer chapter of Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley).
According to a finish really folded in the mind You Season 4, Joe leaves another false identity behind and returns to the place where his killer story started: New York. Having finally accepted who and what he is, he does not know what fatal extremes he will go in his obsessive pursuit of love.
In the teaser (see below), Joe has the Chutzpah to declare that he is “the luckiest guy in New York” now that he has settled with his new wife Kate (Charlotte Ritchie), who opened doors because of its rich history. But is his luck to run out? I certainly hope that yes.

After being agitated as a English teacher in London, the director of the murderous bookstore heads for the Big Apple with Kate, he hopes, enjoy her happiness forever. However, his perfect life is quickly threatened by the ghosts of his past and his own dark desires.
In the fifth and latest season of one of Netflix’s best shows, Joe’s new obsession comes in the form of a bronte (Madeline Brewer), an enigmatic young playwright who comes to work in her bookstore and has her lifestyle reconsidered Rich (it is not having the best time to face the brothers and sisters of Kate either.)
The search for Joe’s love saw him embark on a trip to the world -trotting in the four seasons of the show – and Los Angeles in London, the killer who loves the book was made a lot enemies who are now there to do it.
Now, one of them is ready to return to haunt it in the Big Apple – but who could he be? There is Joe’s rival of love, Dr. Nicky (John Stamos) of season 1, a orphan Ellie (Jenna Ortega) of season 2, and the former love of Joe Marienne (Tati Gabrielle) in the season 3 to name only a few. Not only was Joe continued by the living, but his victims, including ex-girlfriend Beck (Elizabeth Lail), and his wife Love (Victoria Pedretti) also returned from the grave to torment him.
We will have to see if Joe’s past catches up with him when You Season 5 will be presented on the best streaming service on April 24.
