In the previous file, the Riveras were accused of having taken inadequate measures to protect the listed girl like Jane Doe in the complaint. The complaint alleys that an assault occurred in “about summer 2018” in a New York house, the Riveras held at the time.
According to the trial, the alleged abuses occurred at a barbecue to which the children who attended the church were invited. However, the parents of the participating children did not receive invitations, according to the trial.

The details of the modified combination were in accordance with the initial deposit. In the two deposits, the Riveras would have ignored the allegations of sexual violence of the girl and “isolated and intimidated” in order to ensure that she remained silent on the alleged incident.
“Rather than taking enough measures to put an end to the sexual abuse of Jane A Doe, the riveras each wasolated and intimidated Jane a doe to remain silent as to its abuse to avoid causing trouble for refugee and the Ignite Life summer course,” said the trial.
“In order to avoid the potential scandal of sexual abuse on children in its programs and otherwise protect defendants, riveras, in their capacities as agents and / or employees of defendants, assured the mother a doe that Jane a doe was safe and without danger to ignite life center, despite real or constructive knowledge that Jane has left the acts of sexual life vulstants. “
