The Punjab government has published a notification concerning changes in school hours in specific areas of Lahore, in the light of the next HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) match at the Gaddafi stadium.
According to the notification, the schools of the zones near the Gaddafi stadium, notably Gulberg, Model Town, Ichhra, Jail Road, Ferozepur Road, Shadman, Canal Road, Upper Mall and Zahoor Elahi Road, will observe new hours during PSL X games.
The revised hours will be from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to adapt to matches and minimize students and staff disruptions.
HBL PSL matches in Lahore are scheduled between April 24 and May 18, all the matches that should start at 7:00 p.m., day or night games.
In addition, training matches for the ICC World Cup qualifications started in the fortified city, the final match scheduled for April 19.
The HBL PSL X will start from Friday April 11 with the title champions Islamabad United twice the Lahore Qalandars champions.
