- Filming would be finished Spider-Man: A Whole New Day
- The new Marvel movie logo and title card were also revealed
- New story leaks make it seem even busier than Spider-Man: No Way Home
Spider-Man: A Whole New Day is only six months away – at the time of writing – from release. So it would be a relief to hear how filming is progressing.
Luckily, it looks like it’s almost over. According to X/Twitter user WilliamD1123, who apparently worked as a graphics assistant on the Marvel film, principal photography has been completed. And to celebrate, the film crew received gift wrapping that appears to show Spider-Man 4The official logo and title card typography.

Neither Marvel nor Sony confirmed that the cameras no longer work Brand new day for now, so it’s possible that some crew members have already finished working on it.
If individuals like WilliamD1123 have finished work on Spider-Man’s next big screen adventure, it might not be long before the filming schedule is done and dusted. Considering that filming started on Spider-Man 4 early August, and with Christmas fast approaching, I wouldn’t be surprised if principal photography has already finished, or will do so in the next few days.
A web of crazy stories leaks
As reports emerge that filming may have ended on Marvel Phase 6 movie new plot leaks have also appeared online. And if you thought Spider-Man: No Way HomeThe story and character list were quite busy, it seems that Brand new day will give him value for his money.
Before we continue, keep in mind that these are just rumors coming from someone with a pretty mixed track record when it comes to leaking stories. I therefore advise you to consider them with a certain skepticism. If you don’t want to know anything about what might happen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie, I suggest you leave now too, because potential spoilers immediately follow for Spider-Man 4.
According to Alex Perez of The Cosmic Circus, Brand new day will see the webslinger and fellow Marvel hero Bruce Banner/The Hulk confront their traumatic pasts and inner demons. The latter is apparently angrier than we’ve ever seen him and (whisper it quietly) might even kill someone.
Elsewhere, industry insider DanielRPK has reported that Spidey will team up with Frank Castle/The Punisher to fight Gray Hulk. If that doesn’t sound crazy enough, DanielRPK also claimed that The Hand – an ancient and infamous clan of ninjas more commonly associated with Daredevil and Wolverine – was part of Spider-Man 4.
I want to reiterate that Perez and DanielRPK are not entirely reliable leakers. Both men have done things well before, but they also threw dirt at the wall that didn’t stick, so their track records are decidedly mixed. I imagine there is some truth to some of the above, but I wouldn’t bet that any of it is accurate.
It’s likely we’ll have to wait for the film’s first trailer to release before we can check out any of it. When will it be? Probably when Sony holds its presentation at CinemaCon 2026, which takes place April 13-16. In the meantime, read everything we know so far about Spider-Man: A Whole New Day.
