“I did not think that I was here for three decades,” said Daly in a video shared by the Champions PGA Tour. “I have only died 11 times. I’m like Lazarus. I can’t come back to come back from the dead.

He comments on his health for about two months after undergoing emergency surgery in his hand. He shared a hospital bed in January, adding that surgery was a success and that he “would come back in no time!”
He returned this month in time for the Hoag Classic of the Champions Tour in California.
“It was a bit brutal, but the hand is about 80%,” he said at the time in a video, via ESPN. Daly revealed that he had undergone 16 surgeries in the past four years due to tangled tendons.

He has undergone surgery and has been in remission for four years.
