One of the best web hosting suppliers, Nexcess, was completely absorbed by Liquid Web one and a half after its acquisition by the web hosting brand.
In February 2024, Nexcess was bought by Liquid Web and was a subsidiary brand providing accommodation managed for WordPress under web liquid for a little over a year and a half. Before that, it was an independent accommodation company for 20 years and housed big names like Magento.
Initially, the merger was to be finalized by the end of the second quarter of 2024, but Nexcess continued to exist for a certain time on its own site where customers could connect as usual. Now when customers go to Nexcess.com, they are redirected to the Liquid Web website.
To connect to Nexcess services, existing customers will have to go where they can access their accommodation as usual.
Liquid Web embarks on managed web accommodation
For new customers, the accommodation solutions managed are identical, purchased only from Liquid Web and offer the same expert level of functionalities, security and value for money.
A Liquid Web spokesperson said: “Liquid Web now offers more value in one brand by offering Nexcess Managed WooCommerce, WordPress and Magento solutions. »»
Liquid Web has undergone a vast change of brand in the past 12 months, reflecting a commitment to professional web hosting services ranging from VPS servers with GPU for IA workloads, a range of management levels and WordPress solutions managed on shared servers.
