The draft of the NFL 2025 brought its fair share of surprises, but the Saga Shemer Sanders has become a very debated subject.
The Cleveland Browns selected Sanders in the fifth round. Shortly after the selection, Sanders went to social networks to share a short but emotional message: “Thank you God.” Since then, many figures in the world of sport and beyond have shared reflections on the reasons for which Sanders fell into the recovery paintings.

In what seemed to be his uncommon take, Carter suggested that Sanders sacrificed tens of millions of dollars because of his disposition and his overall manipulation leading to last week’s draft.

“(Sheduer and his family) thinking that he was in the same assessment mode as Eli Manning, they did not play well,” said Carter during a recent sitting on the “fully loaded” podcast.

The NFL legend also pushed the idea that the league collapsed to prevent Sanders from becoming a high choice of draft. Carter said that the former quarter of Colorado and his family “overestimated their hand”.
