The New England Patriots agreed to sign the receiver of the Pro Bowl, Stefon Diggs, to a contract of $ 69 million over three years, according to several reports. The agreement guarantees that Diggs $ 26 million.
Diggs, 31, comes out of a season interrupted by an LCA tear in week 8.
The injury put an end to the first and only season of Diggs with the Texans of Houston, and he finished with 47 catches for 496 yards and three touched, all career stockings.

Diggs arrived in Houston of the Buffalo Bills via trade after four productive seasons with Josh Allen. As part of the trade, the Texans have canceled the last three years of the Diggs contract, so he became a free agent after a year with the team.

Before 2024, Diggs experienced six consecutive seasons of 1,000 reception yards or more dating from his time with the Vikings of Minnesota.
