The quarter of the Minnesota Vikings, JJ McCarthy, missed all his recruit season due to an injury, and after only two games in the 2025 campaign, he should miss more time.
McCarthy should be sidelined for two to four weeks due to a high annex sprain suffered during the defeat of Sunday evening against the Falcons of Atlanta, according to ESPN.

McCarthy, despite his return to the fourth quarter to Chicago, was not the most effective quarter of his first two departures of the NFL. He has a QBR of 20.4, which ranks 32nd on 33 quarters of the League to start the 2025 season. He finished 24 of the 41 passes for 301 yards with two affected and three interceptions on two games.
With McCarthy aside, O’Connell will put the reins to Carson Wentz, the 32 -year -old man who played a rescue role for the Rams of Los Angeles and Kansas City Chiefs in the last two seasons.
