Not only knows Roseman knows how to assess talents, but he also knows how to assess personalities.
Roseman, of course, has built the Eagles of Philadelphia Laures of the Super Bowl, and is now largely considered to be one of the best directors of the National Football League.
And although the victory is the most important facet of a football team, Roseman tried to make sure that this winning team is filled with “very good people”.

In March, Roseman revealed one of his “dealbreakers” when it comes to assessing the players and bringing them to Philly.
“There are just objective things that even I cannot cancel … violence against women. It is simply not for us. I would not even look at them; I don’t even want to talk about it. It’s just an approaching for us,” Roseman told Todd Mcshay last month. “So I can’t go.” Oh, but he’s really good, and he did it 10 years ago, and he learned. “It just doesn’t work for us.”
Roseman thought about this evaluation process during its media availability before rolling this week.

“We have a process, we have an objective process that we use. We live in a country where you are innocent until guilt is proven, and we are therefore trying to respect the legal process. But I think I am in the details of what we do, which is part of our internal dynamic in which I probably would not want to enter,” said Roseman, via Outkick.
“But certainly, we try not to make it subjective, that’s essentially what I would say, [so we don’t] Get a situation where we really like a player [and] Apologize for this player. So, we try to have objective criteria for the problems you ask me, but it is important for us, the people we bring in this building and that we know that we can win with very good people.
“We also know that young people make mistakes in other areas, but it was one who was in my heart when I was talking about and something in what we believe as an organization.”
Of course, this does not mean that Roseman will not accept players with troubled past – Jalen Carter was the ninth choice in the general classification of Philly (they exchanged to do so) despite their involvement in a street race which led to the death of his former Georgia teammate and university staff.
Carter was accused of reckless driving and did not argue any competitions.

But, domestic violence is prohibited, and despite some of the best players in the game with previous problems, it does not seem that it affects a little Roseman.
