The former receiver of Las Vegas Raiders, Henry Ruggs, who is serving more than three years in prison for a fatal accident in Dui in 2021 in Nevada, trains in case an NFL team calls him when he is released, according to a former teammate.
Josh Jacobs, who played for the Raiders at the start of his career before signing with Green Bay packers, spoke of Ruggs in a recent interview with Podcast.
Ruggs could be released in August 2026, according to Pro Football Talk.

Ruggs was sentenced to more than three years in a Nevada prison for killing a woman in a fiery accident while driving his drunk sports car at speeds of up to 156 mi / h. The collision also killed the victim’s dog and injured Rugg’s fiancée. He apologized for his condemnation hearing. He pleaded guilty to a crime of which causing death and manslaughter in terms of offense vehicles.
Jacobs said he was supposed to join Ruggs on a better golf trip at the night of the accident. He said he was “instantly” angry when he heard of the situation.

The raiders selected Ruggs with the choice n ° 12 of the 2020 draft. He played two seasons before the fatal accident.
