The 49ers of San Francisco kept Christian McCaffrey on the field during their 17-13 victory against the Seattle Seahawks, but another star offensive weapon should miss several weeks after leaving the match early.
The tight end George Kittle, who marked the first hit of the team of the year on Sunday in Seattle, left the NFC West fight with an injury to the hamstrings. This injury should keep it away from three to five weeks, according to NFL Network.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan made this announcement on Monday after the victory, saying that Kittle would miss “a few weeks”. Shanahan added that no decision had been made about the establishment of Kittle on the injured reserve.

Although Kittle is not playing this week to come, there is a chance that the starting quarter of Brock Purdy will not play either.
Shanahan said Purdy is dealing with injuries to the left shoulder and toes, and that he will not guarantee that his quarter-Arrière could play against the Saints of New Orleans. Shanahan also said that the toe was the worst of the two ills.

“I don’t know how to see how he heals and how the week goes there,” said Shanahan about Purdy.
If Purdy is not available for the 49ers, his backup is the veteran Mac Jones, the choice of first round in 2021 of the New England Patriots which did not take place. He went to the Jacksonville jaguars, where he acquired experience by speaking if necessary.

Jones appeared in 10 games, including seven departures, in place of Trevor Lawrence last season for the Jaguars. Jones launched eight affected and eight interceptions during his time as a quarter of the Jaguars.
Finally, the large receiver Jauan Jennings underwent a shoulder injury that also eliminated him from the match early. But the 49ers avoided a serious situation, because ESPN reported that Jennings’ MRI has returned clean. However, they will come back with computed tomography.
Unfortunately for the 49ers, they have treated serious injuries to key players in recent seasons, including McCaffrey and his bilateral Achilles tendonitis last season.
But McCaffrey looked lively as usual to start its ninth NFL season, totaling 69 yards on the ground in 22 races while grabbing nine Purdy passes for 73 yards.

The 49ers will be forced to have other players on the depth graph, including Jake Tonges, the end of rescue which marked the victorious touch at the end of the fourth quarter.
