The new receiver of Dallas Cowboys, George Pickens, blamed artificial intelligence for the critical comments of his former team which surfaced on social networks this weekend.

A screenshot of the alleged comments of an article on Instagram spread on Sunday. The remarks shot the organization of Pittsburgh steelers, calling them “cheaper” and stressing that the team exchanged other wide receivers before being able to negotiate a new agreement with them.

But Pickens rejected the remarks in an article on his own Instagram stories, which has since been deleted.

“Literally on an plane,” reads her message. “No service. I just landed and see direct lies of Pitt fans. Stop with AI trying to make a story. I am happy for all that the city of Steel has for me. Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers.”

He was a source of dismay for the Steelers towards the end of his race. He argued with the fans, fought a Cleveland Browns player and was called by Mike Tomlin for several offenses for a match. He also congratulated the stars of the Kansas City chiefs, Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, in front of the Netflix broadcast cameras in a strange moment after the defeat of the Christmas day of Pittsburgh.

He had 59 captures for 900 yards and three affected in 14 games for the Steelers in 2024.

The director general of the Steelers, Omar Khan, spoke of this decision on Friday.

“I would not use the word disappointment,” he said, via the Post-Gazette Pittsburgh. “We had three years with George. We had exciting moments. It was just time. The new start for both games was the right thing.”
