The calendar turned to May and Aaron Rodgers is still a free agent.
Rodgers has been linked to the Steelers for a few months, but Thomas Tull, an owner in part of the Steelers, said that the Rodgers’ nuptial parade is more “complex” than artificial intelligence.
“I am here to talk about AI, and this is a more complex problem than artificial intelligence,” said Tull when he was questioned about Rodgers in an interview on “Power Lunch” by CNBC.

The team has three quarters on its list – Mason Rudolph, Skylar Thompson and the selection of draft of sixth round Will Howard.
After Russell Wilson left Pittsburgh and signed with the New York Giants, the Steelers were mentioned as a possible landing point for the Quadruple MVP because most of the teams seem to have their starting quarters for the 2025 in place.
And Rodgers did not closed the door to retirement.
“I am open to anything and I am attached to nothing. Retirement could always be a possibility, but at the moment, my goal is and has been and will continue to be on my personal life. … There are still conversations that have had Rodgers on” The Pat McAfee Show “in April.

“I am 41 years old, I am in a serious relationship. I have things out of the field that requires my attention. I have personal commitments that I made without knowing what my future looked like after last year which is important for me. And I have some people in my interior and interior things that really have difficult things. So I have a lot of attention – and really started in January.
It remains to be seen if Rodgers decides to play football and sign with the Steelers or if he decides to call him a career after 20 seasons.

With the New York Jets last season, Rodgers launched for 3,987 yards, 28 affected and 11 interceptions in 17 games.
It doesn’t matter who ends up starting for the Steelers in week 1, they will not have George Pickens as a receiver. On Wednesday, the team exchanged Pickens to the Dallas cowboys.
