Several NFL rules announced on Tuesday should change the way games are played this fall.
Last year, the owners of the NFL approved a radical change of the kick -off. This coming season, the teams will still be encouraged to avoid touchbacks.
If a ball does not shine in the return area, a new rule approved by the owners of the NFL team means that a touch will lead to the ball placed on the 35 yards line.
