A law firm involved in the historic regulation of $ 2.8 billion in antitrust trials involving the NCAA and the five largest conferences in the country has torn the former university football coach Nick Saban and the possibility of a decree of the Trump administration to process the name, image and resemblance.
Lawyers for the Hagens Berman law firm published a declared declaration of Saban on Monday in the potential and useless report on Monday. Steve Berman, partner and co-founder of the company, qualified the Saban and Trump talks “useless”.

“While he was a coach, Saban first opposed Nile Payments to athletes, pushing to add restrictions and red meat through national legislation to add” a kind of control “,” said Berman in a statement. “During his time to examine the structure of the compensation of athletes, he won tens of millions of dollars and was previously the best paid coach of university football.
“Saban coach and Trump’s eleventh hour talks in terms of decrees and other interferences are just more useless.
The company added that there were several ways in which collegial athletes benefited from zero without any decree of the White House in an administration. The company said athletes allowed to win their own income, among other positives.
PK Press Club Digital contacted the Saban representative to comment.
Trump was considering an executive decree to regulate the name, image and resemblance to university sports after meeting the legendary coach of the Alabama Crimson Tide, reported the Wall Street Journal last week. Saban did not want to stop zero payments but try to “reform” them.

In an appearance on PK Press Club Channel last year, Saban urged the congress to intervene and to do null “equal to all levels”.
“And I think it should always exist for all players, but not only a payment system as we now have where the one who collects the most money in their collective can pay the most for players, which is not a fair playground. I think in any place of competition, you want to have guidelines that give everyone an equal opportunity to have a chance to succeed,” he said.
Saban said that the NCAA “can manage” zero and whatever the necessary changes, but the congress “must” add “national legislation”.
“Now we simply have state legislation – and each state is different – which would protect the NCAA against litigation once we have established guidelines for the future of university athletics. But the dispute has brought us to this point,” said Saban. “We must have some protection against disputes. I don’t know if they are antitrust laws or something else.
“I am not paid enough on all this to really make a recommendation. But I know that we need a kind of federal standard and directives that allows people to enforce their own rules.”
Senator Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., Said “if someone” can help regulate Nile, “it’s President Trump”.
