Nicolas Cage was recently frank on the role that made him feel “naked”.
In a new conversation with The guardianNicola Cage was invited to reveal the performance which made him “the furthest of” his “comfort zone”
In response, he referred to his 2022 film and said: I think that the most difficult performance was the unbearable weight of massive talents. »»
He continued explaining: “Because I played a character called Nick Cage and I couldn’t hide behind.”
For those who were reversed, in the film, Nicolas played a fictitious version of him named Nick Cage.
The film was revolving around his anxieties about her career, her relations with her ex-wife Olivia, played by Sharon Horgan, and her daughter Addy, played by Lily Mo Sheen and her public character.
Developing on his discomfort while playing the role, Nicolas admitted: “It was extremely uncomfortable.”
“I felt very naked, and in some ways embarrassed, that I even played a role that qualified for Nicolas or Nick Cage,” he concluded.
Elsewhere in the interview, he discussed various events and musical groups.
Presence of such an entity, he added: “I know a hard rock group of Australia called Nicolas Cage Fighter, and I think they are great.”
“Their songs are stimulating. The words are to appropriate your mistakes, never be a victim, understand how you can solve your problems,” he said in conclusion.
