Even if I am in the United Kingdom and I am not baseball, I have always been able to easily identify the words of today – this is the brand power of the major baseball league, or in this case the national league.
Seeing the teams in singular form was a bit strange, just like a spangram which was so long (14 letters) that it started and ended on the same side of the puzzle.
One of the strangest things about American sports teams from my point of view is how they can move between cities – the brave of Atlanta having existed previously during their history in Boston and Milwaukee.
In England, the Arsenal Football Club obtained an endless sorrow of their rivals from northern London Tottenham Hotspur because they were formed in southern London and crossed the river until 1913.

Strands is the not so new word game of the NYT, depending on the batches and connections. It is now a full -fledged member of the NYT Games stable that has been taking place for a year and which can be played on the NYT games site on the desktop or mobile.
