After a long series of fairly easy games, Strands turned in the opposite direction, with another tricky search and a hard-to-spot spangram.
The top left corner is usually the key to whether I’m fast or not and today’s blank had me navigating around the board until I found something vaguely ‘inconspicuous and elusive’.
Luckily, after I passed out, the word NEBULOUS revealed itself before my eyes and I was on my way – or so I thought.
Having trouble finding other words that fit the theme, I went looking for non-gaming words and took a clue to possibly help me limp to the finish line.
