It was one of those puzzles where the fog cleared very quickly after finding the first word.
The “soft skills” left me with no idea what we were looking for, but the letters Q and X were obvious starting points and helped me WEAVE my way to victory.
The only sticky point might have been APPLIED, but unlike some of the other trick words in the search, it was relatively easy to make all the connections.
